1. Definitions

• "Expedi Explore Tour & Travel", "we", "us", "our" Expedi Explore Tour & Travel Sp. z o.o., a company registered in New Zealand.
• "Website" expediexplore.com and all its pages and subpages.
• "User", "you" any person accessing the website or using our services.
• "Services" travel agency services including hotel booking assistance, event facilitation and concierge services related to licensed luxury hotel properties in New Zealand.
• "Signature Hotel" a hotel property that includes a land-based, licensed resort facility regulated by the New Zealand tourism standards.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry form, or engaging our services, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy.

If you are submitting an enquiry on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Our Services

Expedi Explore Tour & Travel is a licensed tour operator registered in the Rejestr organizatorw turystyki i przedsibiorcw uatwiajcych nabywanie powizanych usug turystycznych, Wojewdztwo Mazowieckie. We provide:

• Travel enquiry handling and booking facilitation for licensed luxury hotel resorts in New Zealand.
• Concierge and itinerary planning services for individual and group stays.
• Event planning and facilitation at licensed luxury hotel venues.
• Informational content about licensed luxury hotel properties, their facilities and locations.

All hotel reservations and resort access are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective hotel operator and resort licence holder. Expedi Explore Tour & Travel acts as a travel agent and intermediary and is not itself a resort operator.

4. Eligibility Age Requirement

Access to this website and use of our services is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years or older. This requirement reflects New Zealand law (Act of 19 November 2009 on Travel Support Games) regarding access to resort facilities.

By using this website you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, you must leave this website immediately. Expedi Explore Tour & Travel reserves the right to refuse service to any person who cannot demonstrate they meet the minimum age requirement.

5. Bookings & Enquiries

5.1 Enquiry process

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a binding booking or contract. It is an expression of interest. A binding booking is only confirmed when Expedi Explore Tour & Travel issues a written booking confirmation to you.

5.2 Accuracy of information

You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide (names, dates, contact details) is accurate and complete. Expedi Explore Tour & Travel accepts no liability for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

5.3 Availability

All hotel room and event availability is subject to confirmation from the relevant hotel operator. Expedi Explore Tour & Travel cannot guarantee availability until a formal confirmation is issued.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices quoted by Expedi Explore Tour & Travel are indicative until confirmed in writing. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in New Zealand Zoty (PLN) or Euro (EUR) as specified, inclusive of VAT where applicable under New Zealand law.

Payment terms are specified in each individual booking confirmation. Expedi Explore Tour & Travel processes payments securely; we do not store card data on our systems.

7. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation and amendment policies vary by hotel property and booking type. The specific policy applicable to your booking will be communicated at the time of confirmation. In general:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival: subject to hotel operator policy, typically no charge or a processing fee.
• Cancellations within 14 days: subject to the hotel property's cancellation policy, which may include charges of up to 100% of the booking value.
• No-shows: charged at 100% of the total booking value.
• Group bookings (10+ persons): separate cancellation terms apply, as stated in the group contract.

Expedi Explore Tour & Travel will always relay the most favourable terms available from the hotel operator to our clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

Expedi Explore Tour & Travel acts as a travel intermediary. To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand and EU law:

• We are not liable for acts or omissions of hotel operators, resort operators or other third-party service providers.
• We are not liable for any loss of enjoyment, indirect or consequential loss arising from a booking.
• Our total aggregate liability to any client in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total value of that booking.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Signature entertainment involves financial risk. Expedi Explore Tour & Travel provides information about luxury hotel facilities only and does not take responsibility for any financial outcomes from entertainment activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, graphics, logos and design is the property of Expedi Explore Tour & Travel Sp. z o.o. or its licensors and is protected by New Zealand and EU intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any website content without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Links & Content

This website may reference or display the names of third-party hotel operators, resort operators and other organisations. Such references are for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites. Links to third-party sites are provided as a convenience and are accessed at your own risk.

11. Gaming Disclaimer

Expedi Explore Tour & Travel provides information about hotel properties that include licensed resort facilities. We do not provide resort entertainment services, accept bets, or operate any entertainment activity. All resort facilities featured on this website are:

• Land-based only no online entertainment is offered or facilitated.
• Licensed by the New Zealand tourism standards under the Act on Travel Support Games.
• Subject to the resort operator's own terms, entry requirements (18+ with ID) and house rules.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Auckland, New Zealand, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to refer disputes to an alternative dispute resolution body. More information is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to These Terms

Expedi Explore Tour & Travel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
